This Privacy Policy explains how Mediamax Network Ltd (“Mediamax”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the Mediamax Waves mobile application (the “App”) and related services, including any websites, pages, features or content that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
We respect your privacy rights and recognize the importance of protecting data collected from you and about you. By using the App or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

A) Information You Provide Voluntarily
You may provide personal information when you:

- Participate in promotions, competitions, or surveys (where applicable)

3.Analytics and Advertising (Firebase + AdMob)
A) Firebase Analytics and Diagnostics
We use Firebase (including Google Analytics for Firebase and related Firebase services) to understand app performance, diagnose crashes, and improve user experience. This may involve collection of:
- App activity and usage data
- Diagnostics and performance data
- Device information and app instance identifiers
B) Google Ads / AdMob
We use Google Ads / Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App and to measure ad performance. AdMob may collect information such as:

- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions)
- App activity related to ads
Google’s advertising and analytics services may use SDKs and similar technologies to collect and process information.
4.Personalised Ads and Tracking (Apple ATT)
Where required by law and platform policies (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency on iOS), we will request your permission before using data to track you across apps and websites not owned by Mediamax for advertising or measurement purposes.
If you decline permission, you can still use the App, but ads may be less relevant and measurement may be limited.
5.How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
A) Affiliates and Subsidiaries
We may share information within Mediamax Network Ltd subsidiaries or affiliated companies where required to deliver services.
B) Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the App and Services (for example: hosting, analytics, advertising, streaming infrastructure, and customer support). These providers may access, process or store personal information only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect it.
C) Advertising and Analytics Partners
We may share limited information with partners such as Firebase and Google AdMob to measure performance, provide analytics, and deliver and measure advertisements. This may include identifiers, device information, and usage information as described in this Policy.
D) Legal Requirements and Safety
We may disclose information if required to comply with law, court orders, legal processes or government requests, or if necessary to enforce our terms and policies, protect the rights, property and safety of our users, Mediamax, or others, or prevent fraud, misuse or illegal activity.
E) Business Transfers
If Mediamax is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
6.Your Choices and Rights
A) Withdraw Consent / Request Access or Deletion

B) Device Settings and Permissions
You can manage App permissions (e.g., notifications) through your device settings.
C) Advertising Controls
On supported platforms, you may limit ad personalisation via your device settings (for example, resetting or limiting Advertising ID).
7.Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymise information unless we are legally required to retain it.
8.Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely secure and no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.
9.Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by law in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10.International Transfers
